Yes- You can visit our gyms in Cardiff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - allowing you to fit your workout into your schedule as and when it works for you. You can find us in the City Centre and on Newport Road

2. Is free parking available in your Cardiff gyms?

You can find free, unlimited parking outside of our gym located on Newport road. If you are visiting us at our City Centre location, you can park inside the car park within the Capitol shopping Centre during your workout for a fee.

You will find a wide range of high-quality equipment in every Gym Group location. Get your blood pumping with stationary bikes, treadmills, and stair climbers.
